Roofing Lindenwold carries out residential roofing work in Lindenwold and the surrounding Camden County boroughs: roof replacement, roof repair, roof leak repair, storm and hail damage roof repair, roof inspections, siding, and gutters and downspouts.
Work outside that list is not something we take on. If you describe a job that falls outside it, we will say so on the phone rather than accept it and learn on your property.
Use of the Website
This site is here to describe what we do and to put you in touch by telephone. You may read it, print it and share it. You may not copy its text or photographs for use on another site, scrape it, or try to interfere with how it runs.
We try to keep what is here accurate, but roofing work is specific to a building. Nothing on this site is advice about your own roof, and no page here is a quotation.
Appointments and Estimates
A roof survey is arranged by telephone and carried out at the property. The findings and the photographs taken on the day are given to you whether or not any work follows.
An estimate is a written, line-item document prepared after the survey. It is based on what could be seen and reached at the time. Conditions hidden beneath the roof covering — decking, underlayment or structure — can only be assessed once the covering is lifted, and where that changes the work we will photograph it and agree the change with you before carrying on.
An estimate is valid for the period stated on it. Scheduling depends on weather, materials and the work already booked, and dates given before an estimate is accepted are indicative.
Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to Roofing Lindenwold unless stated otherwise. Photographs taken during a survey of your property are shared with you for your own use; we may also keep and use them as a record of the work.
Disclaimers
The website is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of error.
A roof inspection reports what was visible and reachable on the day. It is not an assurance about the future condition of a roof, and it does not cover parts of a building that were not inspected.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Roofing Lindenwold is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Liability for work we carry out is governed by the written agreement for that work.
