Roofing Lindenwold

About This Lindenwold Roofing Crew

A small outfit working a short list of Camden County boroughs, built around one habit: photograph everything, price only what the photographs show.

The reason

Why the camera comes first

Roofing has a trust problem and everyone in it knows why. A homeowner cannot see the thing being sold to them. They are standing on a lawn being told what is twenty-five feet above their head by the only person who has looked, and that person is also the person being paid. Handing over the photographs is the cheapest possible fix for that, and it costs us nothing but the minute it takes to upload them.

In practice

How a job actually runs

One crew, start to finish

The people who survey your roof are the people who work on it. Nothing is passed along a chain, so nobody arrives on the day without having seen the house.

Line-item estimates

Quantities and prices, not a single figure at the bottom of a page. You can compare it against another quote line by line, which is the only way comparing quotes means anything.

Repair when repair will do

A roof with years left gets told it has years left. Nobody here is paid more for turning a survey into a replacement, and a fair number of visits end with no work at all.

Cleanup as part of the job

Debris off the beds by hand, a rolling magnet over the drive and the lawn edge twice, and the container gone the day the work finishes rather than the week after.

Accountability

Who is actually on your roof

A small crew, not a rotating list of subcontractors. The same people survey it, strip it, lay it and sweep up after it, and they live close enough to the work that a complaint reaches them personally rather than a call centre. That is the whole of the accountability story here, and we would rather say it plainly than print something across the top of every page.

The patch

Where we work

Lindenwold and the boroughs touching it โ€” Clementon, Stratford, Laurel Springs, Pine Hill, Somerdale, Gibbsboro and Berlin. The patch is deliberately small. It is what lets the same four or five people do every stage of a job instead of whoever is free.

Put a question to a roofer, not a receptionist

The phone is answered by somebody who has been on roofs this week.
